What do you use to tint your side markers?

What do you use to tint the tail lights and side markers? Is it paint or what? thanks!

VHT Niteshades. Like 15 bucks a can off of ebay.

Nightshades with a coat of clear..

The coat of clear will make it fog a little so you'll need to polish it.

Nightshade, clear, polish. That's how I would do it, I did it on my old car but never got around to clearing them and polishing them.

I used niteshades no clear coat. This is the best pic I have of it.

the clear brings back the shine.. this is how randy (becauseican) did his tail lights.. and they look perfect.

If you have an O'Reilly Auto Parts near you, you can order it for $11.99 a can. You can also get spray window tint but I don't know how good the quality is.
