I think it looks sweet cut out in the second pic b/c it gets rid of the theugly license plate indention.. if you did cut it just make sure to have straight lines and don't leave a jagged edge..thats my opinion!

I think the 2nd pic looks hot, you know you will need to cut/remove your bumper support though right?

ya i beleive you would have to cut your bumper support to expose the IC like that. i thought about going this route myself but where i live no one knows how to drive so for safety sake i decided against it. i don't really mindthe way it looks but i would say it would be a more feasable option for a car that will see street use if there was an alternative front crash bar, be it vented, hidden or moved, although the only feasable option would be venting it via a turbo a duct or the likes. not my car, not my call, just my 2 cents.

Yeppers, Pete had to cut out the middle support to mount it like that, but not all of it. Only a part of the bottom half of the bumper was cut. The bumper is still onle peice all the way across, but I wouldn't ask it to help in a crash. Pete's intercooler is 4 inch thick, so if yours is a 3 inch, you need to cut even less.

Stevevangst, are you Hmong? Where from?

That gold supra belongs to Peter Her. His supra was dynoing 512 on a stock motor until he melted a piston. He owns a shop here and now is mainly tunning Hondas. He has a 780hp B18 EG dragster. Pete's supra has been parted out now, sold everything on it.

I have an 89 na that I did a full turbo swap to it. VPC, AFR, 550cc, EVC-EZ, 3 inch custom down pipe to 3.25 inch Kakimoto exhaust, Ohlins suspension, CT26-60 trim upgrade, 500 miles on rebuilt stock motor, ZT wideband.
What color is your cuz's supra?
You going to come down for the suprashootout here in GA at the end of October? I'll dyno my car then to see how much I am making. Hoping to hit 400whp.

Ohhh, so that's the supra that my cuz talked about, yea now I kinda remember that it was gold he said, he had a 89t blue supra, the one I own right now, and now he has a black 88T, he also has a shop, it's that hmong store, the only one in that little city, I forgot what it was called, I've been to GA 3 times and still can't remember that store name, but with all this info I'm sure you know which one i'm talking about, his name is Phia Xiong, and his brother owns a 3z with body kits, kinda ugly tho. What city are you from? Maybe I can tell him to bring his supra over to you to check, I think he pop a hose and is leaking coolent and he doesn't know how to fix it. Well if your near try to see if you can do anything about it.

Oh wait, I remember what the store's name is called :) hehe it's call UM market, Unique Market....lol I think i'm right...
