I have it narrowed down to a fairly standard pattern now:
1) Realise its probably too late to go back to sleep
2) Try anyway
3) Fail
4) Refuse to move
5) Realise that you urgently need a piss
6) Go for a piss
7) Check emails
8) Check SupraMania, UKMk3Supra Forums, XS, OCF, HDBits, Facebook
9) Shower
10) Get Dressed while responding to Facebook/Emails/Forum Posts
11) Drink of OJ/AJ/Water
12) Eat something
13) Realise you really want to go back to bed
That about sums my days up
