What do you also change when replacing the head gasket?

I haven't done my head gasket yet, but I'm gonna order the kit from the suprastore so I can also do the timing belt, I'm probably going to do a new waterpump also, what do you guys recommend I also replace, I noticed my valve cover gasket bolts are leaking a little oil now, it sucks.

Do all gaskets you can get to with the parts off, also send your head to a machine shop to make sure its not warped and if your going all out send your block too.
