I got a bolt, Im tryin to take it off, it wont budge, and feels like it's about to strip on me... Any tips on busting a rusty nut before it strip on me?

i would think (don't know much about metals) you could heat it up and try and get it off... lots of wd40?
PB blaster works wonders. get some of it. a bit of heat wouldnt hurt either. use a closed end wrench on it. if it strips get some nut/bolt extractors from craftsman. they're awesome. the more you loosen, the more it tightens. if you dont wanna do that break out a good pair of vice grips.

there is a set from craftsman i used for stripped bolts and it works wonders. It tightened right down on the bolt and took it off in one deadly blow from the breaker bar.
Get your bills out ? :icon_bigg , If you have a dremel with cutoof wheel you can do what the cracker is going to do. Just have to be carfull not to damage threads. g-luck
How do you guys take off the nut on the oil return. Its the part thats bolted to the block. I cant get that thing off for the life of me. I think its stripped now, got any ideas??
