I have an 87T that runs Extremely rich. It has 550cc/Lexus AFM and I am going to get my SAFC Tuned before I go to get smogged, I'm Hoping it will stop running so damn rich. I also Have the stock exhaust which I will put on as I am running test pipe right now (Spitting flames). Do I need to Buy someone's stock IC piping and throw that on too? (Don't even have 3K pipe, all upgrade) ALSO Valve covers are red (motor is JDM) I've heard TEST ONLY GUYS ARE DICKS and will fail you for any JDM. I only have to do this once and thats it so i will do whatever it takes. Any feedback from your experiences is appreciated.

You probably have to go to a 'Test Only' shop. I would call around and find one that offers a free 're-test' if you fail.
That way you can run the test, then have 30 days to fix it to pass, and get it tested again free.
Those first test #s will tell alot about what you will need to do to pass.
