Ok so i came accross a decent deal
1987 Supra with decent straight body, Seized engine (so they assume), Auto tranny, Decent interior
price: $1
Wtf can i do with this, it is really cheap and is being sold because they dont know how to fix or find out wtf is wrong with it. Story is guy was driving home from school, car died, dont know why.
i figure pull na engine appart, if its good sell it, sell ecu and harness, buy a gte w/ ecu and junkyard/used tachometer.
or pull engine. fix it, repaint it with help of friend get it running again and sell it. If it sells for more than $500 i'd make a profit.
Just sucks cus its an auto, and if i do an 5sp swap i want it done on my car not this junker, and if i go for a purpose built weekend warrior drag car i dont know who is going to want to buy a stripped down supra that is in pretty poor condition. Unless i use it just for running for pinks?
