what brand of injectors should i use with the lexus afm

i just wanted some feedback on what brand of 550cc injectors should i use with the lexus afm.

i was thinking venom or rc

havent got it running yet ... but I did lots of research before I bought .

Do a quick search on the venom injectors they have a poor track record they are just bored out stock injectors go with the RCs!

RC all the way. I actuall tested a set of venoms before I sold them to a customer...sure they all flowed 550cc...2 of them needed to get up to 50psi; 2 were at 39 and the other 2 were all over the place...total GARBAGE.

I opted for Greddy drop ins only because I didn't want to hack up the brand new harness I just bought.

RC here! You could get lucky with the Venoms, but do you really want to risk leaning out your motor under boost?

Heh, just make sure to test your injectors at around 35 psi...

Big brands that will work:

Lucas
RC
PTE (Precision Turbo Engine)
ND (Nippon Denso)
Delphi

Basically any Low-Impedence, Top Feed injector will work. "Peak and Hold" type are most desirable rather than "Pintle" type that aren't as efficient. But they still work. They should be 11mm size but thats standard most of them are that size anyway. Make sure you get the clips! Splicing and Soldering is involved! any more questions?

You could also Lurk around RX7 forums like I tried to get the 87 RX7 Turbo II 550cc's that drop right in (similar to the Greddy's)...I lurked for weeks and came up empty...got sick and tired of waiting. If you do find a set and get them tested/flow matched it will be well worth the $ IMHO.

Quicked and Best solution is usually RC/PTE with clips...cant' go wrong.
