what are these wires? i was digging around and found them hanging there? is it a big deal?

Those wires are not factory Toyota wires. Looks like maybe there was an alarm installed at one point and someone removed it.

I think they are left over turbo timer wires.....

The first one looks like it was just a ground.

The top pic is an aftermarket ground wire from something - you don't need it. The next set of wires are test connectors for the AC-Heating stuff - you don't need to worry about them, they are for factory use.
