When I bought the car it was like this and I'm sick of looking at it and need some input. I have seen alot of supra's with this same type of problem.

Someone put 3 screws in this area to fix it but it looks like butt.

1. What is this piece called?
2. Can this be fixed somehow?
3. Can I get a new one and what would it cost?
4. How do you remove a good one and how does it attach?....as in doing so with out wood screws.

Here is what I'm talking about.

front mudflap. held in by screws on the bottom and i think one in the fenderwell plus some clips. remove the screws and pull and it will come off with some force. there's no fix, you'll need new ones, i'm sure they're not cheap.

You're looking at ~$100 per side - if you order from Champion Toyota or Elmhurst Toyota. Don't even think about going to your local parts counter for this as the sales guy will be able to make a serious down payment on his new Lexus with the commission he'll make off this piece alone - sort of kidding but WOW that piece is expensive.

You might find someone that took theirs off when they installed side skirts.

guys sell the Driver side on ebay all the time. Passenger side stuff is harder to sell, so probably easier to find. I sell on ebay, so I have a shed full of passenger side stuff. Unfortunately, I only have a driver's side mud flap at the moment. I had to use my passenger side on my new shell.

Hit up Too Stand...........or Glenna4289 on ebay. He's got a bunch of parts cars. I bet he has a passenger side.

If you get used ones without the screw holes in them you could probably just replace all the clips and hardware and it'll at least mount up correctly if not the same color. Which, new replacements do come painted... makes it more worth the money.

I 've got 2 sitting next to me I bought awhile ago for my car. I had a screw holding my pass. side on when I bought the car, and my drivers side is rotting off
It appears to be 2 screws on the bottom. 2 screws in the fenderwell.
and 2 plastic clips right around where your front 2 woodscrews are, and a tab, probably just to align it, near the back, by the last woodscrew.

heh, Jason you are SO FTL. :D

I need one of these, too...

Did you get the SSQV on? :)

You know how to make me feel good.

Nope have not worked on it yet, going to Matts on Thursday, after I get done fixing his crap may take a look at that again.

I just don't want it to look all NKDM, which is FTL Jeffy.
