The engine is going to be coming out of the supra in the next week or so. Its getting pulled to put a new clutch in, spray the engine bay with gloss black enamel(the color the car is getting painted soon), oil filter relocation, new oil cooler, new IC, lower hardpipe(already have an upper), new seals everywhere, and new valve cover gaskets(again). Its also getting some bling parts installed... I have a polished intake manifold, a few other polished parts, and some stuff is getting painted with a dark cherry red metallic paint. Should be fun, I'll make sure to take lots of pics.

The clutch that is going in is: ACT pressure plate, Fidanza Flywheel, stock disk, ARP flywheel bolts, new pressure plate bolts, and new clutch fork holder bolts. I am also installing a braided stainless steel clutch line with the red coating.

this is my daily driver.....I wanted it to feel close to stock engagement. I was told by several people that this will probably hold the power for a long time that I am putting down, and if it doesn't.....I will upgrade the disk.

Good luck, If it doesn't hold, Get the HPF bronze disk, I love it. Its engagement is really nice and linear.

if it doesn't hold, I will do that for sure. I don't plan on doing a lot more with this engine, power wise... I will be building another 7m in the near future for 500+ hp, and I will go with the better clutch then if this one holds. It only has to hold for about a year.

I thought about that the other day......it really has in the 7 or 8 months that I've owned it... From being all stock with a blown motor, to what it is now with almost 400 whp...

Well Done! We had fun diagnosing the ignitor, bad ecu, etc. It was a blast. Hell I learned a ton from that ordeal!

ahhhh...you still remember that? If it weren't for having a scope....I probably would have replaced everything before the ECU....lol
