So yesterday, my back seized up and spasmed and WOULD NOT STOP, like, to the point where I was in hysterics.

Called my sister who said she'd come take me to the doctor.

25 minutes later, doorbell rings. I am still sobbing in pain, so I grab my purse and open the door.

.....

It's the UPS guy.

So we stare at each other a second. I close the door, take a deep breath, wipe my eyes. I open the door and take the boxes and sign the thing.

Only thing the guy said was "uhm.... how do you spell your last name? Have a good day." And then he RAN off the porch.

I then stood in my living room sobbing and laughing 'til I thought I was going to puke.

So, doped up on meds today, and I'm petter.

This story would have been better had you opened the door with blood dripping off your arms from the elbows down and a knife in each hand.

But then you probably wouldn't have gotten to sign for the stuff.

I come from a land down under
Theresa: Not long after I came home from hospital following my accident I was out in the shed pottering around when mine went.....

I hit the deck in tears and couldn't move and was there for 6 hours until my GF at the time came home.... :(

I was back for more surgery shortly after.

LOL'd at the Cry/Laugh thing though I can empathise 100%.

My brother is a UPS driver. He's only been on the road for two years or so, but has some funny stories. LOL.

Hope your back gets better!
