86.5-88 JDM GTE. Stock CT, no MHG, ARP's, no EGR, No PCV. I'm just getting small things of weirdness. The oil pressure gauge doesn't work (new sending unit) the Idle is too high even with CPS all the way reatarted (tho, I havn't put a light to it yet). When I remove the ISC plug it has no reaction, and every once in awhile it'll have a burp of throttle. I just want to get some bugs worked out before I start thinking tune or boost. any thoughts?

Start by checking for trouble codes, fixing any and then setting the ignition timing with a light and the TSRM procedure.

theres no trouble codes??? I'll get around to the timing tommorow. Also the upper radiator hose is squishing down (under alot of vacum) when under throttle. Also I bought I cheap POS BOV off of E-bay, I know I need to get a new one but I'm getting a pulsating surge when it releases. Is this because it's a piece of crap?
