weird throttle problem

I finally got my car running again... I forgot how much I loved it

anywho... Pieced the car back together and now I have a weird throttle problem, the car is either accelerating, or slowing down, there is now area in the throttle where it will just cruise, there was a bunch of slack in the throttle cable before, and that caused hesistation, but now that I took up the slack I have no way of keeping a constant speed on the street

anybody have any ideas on what to do?

Fixed it, thanks...

IJ, you're my hero... my TPS wasnt in the right position which I didnt notice until now... went back and checked some of my old engine bay pics, adjusted it accordingly, and now it runs like a champ!

my safc is showing me 30 25 40 19% of throtle when am off??
