well as usual...one problem after another...noticed this one a couple days ago out of no where...when i turn the wheel maybe 10-15 degrees (when i'm going around 10mph)...a sort of vibration occurs, its not a very heavy vibration, but enough to get my(and who's riding with me)'s attention....seems like it only does it every time the wheel goes around(as if its something on the tire)...well that can't be because i just put my stock ones back on an hour ago and its doing it the same...could something on my arms be messed up? anybody had any problems like this yet? let me know!

wa.
i had the same problem w/ my tempo, does the steering wheel move too or is just the car??

i had a bent transaxle that messed w/ my steering rack.

and the main culprit was a bad wheel bearing.

stop the car, turn the wheel to full lock ineither direction, and go. does it click or bang loudly? if so its your wheel bearing on that side. do the same in the other direction to check the other wheel bearing.

Ok, I had something very very similar to this recently. FLUSH YOUR POWER STEERING FLUID!!! My P/S reservoir was so incredibly dirty, fluid wasn't getting through. It was all clogged up with gunk. Flushed the system, and took off the reservoir and cleaned it as much as I could. It was extremely dirty, I still couldnt get it as clean as I wanted. Put it back on, and replaced the fluid. Works like a charm now. The steering is even smoother than it's ever been.

Mine was like yours, just started happening one day, it was weird. I suggest you flush the system first before you make any drastic replacements.

**kewlcoconut** yeah, that sounds very similar to my problem...i actually FIRST noticed something different about my car like a week ago when my steering started acting kind of funny...like, sometimes when i'd turn...it seemed a little harder than usual, but i figured it was just adjusting back to dry ground (instead of snow everywhere)...but i guess i was wrong once it started making a very light vibration...but enough to get my attention...yeah, i'll trying flushing out the power steering system...who knows how long its been in there. thanks.

I have a similar problem, and I think a flush of the system would be a very good idea.

How do I flush the power steering system?

welp...im a jackass for not saying something when i posted that last message but... I DONT HAVE ANY POWER STEERING. so i guess i can cancel that one out. to better describe the sound, it sounds(feels) like the vibration from somebody's sub system...but only for like one wheel rotation going 10 mph...i dunno. it's strange. its not my wheel bearings...i checked that.
