so i have a 88 7mgte and i just replaced the hoses with these cheap silicones i got from pepboys..my thing since than..i been hearing weird noises from the dash/engine... sometimes when i rev it it happens...first it started out like it was a liquid being swooshed around in the dash..i tried popping the hood but i think i can only hear it threw dash...but now i tried paying more attention and it seems like its a vibration...like a loose bearing?...im not sure..any input?

does it sound like a "waterfall" on cold starts? What hoses to you exactly change? Vac lines or coolant lines?
First problem " Cheap Silicone" these are a disaster waiting to happen as vac lines they collapse onto them selves as coolant lines the get weak when hot and rupture when under pressure. they are for looks only and shouldn't be used for even that.
So replace the hoses and lines with good quality rubber reinforced hoses. Second park on a incline or jackstands with the rad cap higher then the inlet for the heater core against the fire wall let the car run with heat on high untill it "burps" all the air out. Feel free to gently squeeze the upper rad hose to help and expect alot of fluid to spill so have a water hose near by to dilute because of cats and dogs and little kids.
I my selfused the top half of a 2 liter and some cherry tape to give my self a little overflow.

Napa and such, sell an 'Overflow Kit' that works great too. Unless of course you choose to impliment the tape and 2 litre bottle red neck method! :biglaugh:

yea im already changing the cheap hoses....would those other silicone hoses from another performance stores like suprastore or soemthing work better?...i know these are way 2 cheap seeing as they have no density and are way to soft

Hose sets from Samco are reinforced. I would assume that the "good " hose sets are made ion the same fashion as rubber with the difference being they used silicone instead of rubber

so i burped my system...and man...i have the funnel u can attach to the radiator neck....and waching the coolant in the radiator coming out....man is it dirty...im assuming it is oil though...so is it a possible bhg if coolant is black?...and also i can use heater hoses right?..becuase thats what i have right now since they seem pretty strong
Heater hose is the same, but some of those hoses need to be formed I think, or they well just kink. Black how? Might just be crap. Do you have milky engine oil? Do the neccasary checks...
Black coolant is not good. It could be a couple of things. The first, as you guessed, a sign of a BHG. The second is that maybe the coolant just hasn't been changed in a VERY long time. You would know that.
I would drain the coolant, replace with new, and monitor it. You would also want to flush the whole system and try to get as much of the old/contanimated coolant out of the system.
Also keep an eye on your oil level and color. You might want to change your oil at the same time you change your coolant so you can see if there is any antifreeze mixed with that. If there is, it will look like your favorite brand of chocolate milk. Hershey's anyone!? :biglaugh:
Once changed, I would monitor both of them closely. Check both every time before you leave. If your oil starts to turn brown and/or the level starts to rise. BHG.
You're also due for a compression/leak down test since your coolant is discolored. This will help diagnose a BHG.

i think its just dirty..thing is i already drained the cooling system and flushed it...anyword on power flushing these things?...like at pepboys with the power flusher..i heard its not good 2 flush it that way..but what do u guys think..also i checkd in cylinder 1 it seems antifreeze is getting in there?..sparkplug wire was pretty wet...
