I was just driving a little while ago with the top off, and I boosted, everything was fine... Then I boosted again, and it seemed to boost fine, but when I let off the gas this time, there was like a hollow, air escape sound, and it seems to do it everytime I boost now... what could this be? I noticed it, because it is just loud enough to be noticeable. I looked at everything in the engine bay with a flashlight, and from what I could see, everything looked fine... I need some help ASAP, because I have to drive the Supra quite a ways tomorrow, and I don't want to screw anything up... Thanks!!

sounds like what your BPV is sapposed to sound like... thats all the pressured air going through your bpv.... its what it should be doing... maybe the bpv was clogged for some time?

Pretty odd for the BPV to change sounds. The hollow whooshing sound is normal but the fact that it didn't used to sound like that is weird. Are you able to hold the same amount of boost as you used to? Does the power feel the same, same amount of lag? Take the BPV off and try to blow through it and tell us the results.
