So my Supra finally is alive once again, after doing a 1JZ swap with various other performance goodies, I believe I am now set as far as engine goes. For right now the rest of my focus will be enhancing interior and exterior of the car. I'd like to stop making multiple threads on different things so I think I'm going to put everything right here for now.

Interior:
Would like to somehow attain a full good condition shadow gray interior, or the TT-R interior.
LED Lighting for dash, dome lights, door lights, and trunk light.
(Already replaced all speakers, added double-din Pioneer AVH-4500BT)
Titan MSP Harness Bar

As well I think I may need to replace both door selenoids, because when I lock the doors they don't fully lock or don't lock at all sometimes.
New Steering wheel with quick release hub

Exterior:
Replace all mouldings around windows
Replace weatherstripping around doors, trunk, and targa
HID Conversion for headlights
Replace side mirrors
Replace gray moulding on passenger door.
Twin-Turbo badging

Now if anyone has any recommendations for any of this please chime in, but so far for all the moulding around the windows and weatherstripping from toyotapartszone.com is looking around $1500 with shipping, + an additional ~$300 for the targa seals from suprastore.com

Does this sound like too much? A lot of pieces seem to be pretty expensive....any recommendations on this?

I should mention that my intention with this car is to restore parts to new/mint condition. As well tastefully upgrade the car with performance parts and exterior additions.

My current setup is as follows:
-1JZGTE Swap
-Stock Twin-Turbos
-Full Front Mount Intercooler Kit
-HKS Intake
-HKS SSQ BOV
-3in 1JZ Downpipe
-3in CXRacing Full Exhaust
-Beech Performance Short Shifter
-ACT Stage II Clutch Kit on R154 Transmission
-Fidanza 11lb Flywheel
-Megan Racing Track Coilovers
-Battle Version Camber Links
-Battle Version Toe Links
-Beech Performance Sway Bar Quick Disconnect End-Links
-GReddy Turbo Timer
-GReddy Boost Controller set at 12PSI
-HKS Boost Gauge
-89-92 Rear Subframe reinforced by Aaron at Driftmotion

And I may be missing a few things, not too sure. But as I said, please chime in and recommend any way I should go about this. Of course before putting on anything I do plan to pull out the engine and strip the car to do a proper paint job, underbody coat, and put everything on proper.

Thanks guys!

Generally speaking, I love the shadow grey or the Recarro seats in a mk3, however.. rarity prevents me from wanting it. Everything else sounds good. You can get the full moulding in CF or FG from the web (I did FG - painted) http://www.c7carbon.com/toyota-26/1986-1992-toyota-supra-mk3-58/exterior-67/

Personally I think HID's are a mistake on our cars.. a lot of money/work for what I consider very little return.
For the trim around the windows, I would do used if yours aren't that good and just prep/paint them or (what I would really like to do) eletroplate them.

Also, there is a company on ebay that creates leather covers for our seats that make them brand new again and you can select your own colors. I am going that route with my car. I have only seen two MK3's so far that needed the doors and hatch weatherstripping replaced, usually just cleaning them is sufficient. The tail lights are usually the ones that need the attention (about 50-70.00 for OEM tail seals, or you can make them yourself with weatherstripping tape for a lot less).Water comes into the hatch area via the tail lights if they leak.

As for expense, etc... I'm a bad one to comment on that. I dont believe any expense is too high if its quality and its going to last. I love my MK3 and give it whatever attention it needs as I have time to do it. Just continue your plan and attack in stages. Dont plan something and do it asap if you want to save money. There are a lot of people who buy parts for these cars and then get discouraged and sell everything for a lot less than you would pay normally. Or they upgrade and we reap the benefits of the hand-me-downs.

I love the car, hopefully you can do most of the labor yourself to save you the lions share of the cost.

Good luck and subscribed!

Fair warning, C7 Carbon was banned from Supramania as one of our vendors due to pretty terrible customer service. Shame too, they seemed to have a decent catalog of items for our cars.

As for HID's, Poodles on here makes a nice plug and play conversion for the Mk3.

If you want them you had better get them while you can. MKIII part #'s are running out all the time. The good thing is that they will look good for another 20 years.

Yep.. shoddy communications while here, but the trim was very nice. I got the vented head light covers from them as well, took about 3 months, but I did get all my product.
