We manufacture performance parts for imports and domestic vehicles. Our main focus are air intake systems for vehicles. We have been in the automotive aftermarket since 1995 and since then we always have been growing and making more parts for the aftermarket.

Can you make an affordable replacement metal accordian hose? Our stocker is rubber, and they tend to crack after being +20 years old. We have aftermarket pieces, but they aren't mass produced and are made by hand. We also have tons of intake kits (a little piece right after the AFM) and these really aren't needed as we have many to choose from.

But what would be nice is both an accordian hose replacement seperate, and a kit where you have this and an intake kit included, most people already have an intake of some sorts, so this is why I'm suggesting the accordian hose as they sell like hot cakes when an aftermarket one is up for sale as they aren't everyday pieces.

It'd be nice to have something like this, you'd need a good, stock accordian hose to start with of course. I'm sure someone would be more than happy to contribute one to the cause, I would, but I've already ditched mine and got an aftermarket one installed.

Welcome to SM!!! Hopefully you can come up with some stuff for the MKIII.

Like SS said, the accordian would be a good R&D product. Pioneer it!!!

Hey what's up guy.

I'm old buddies with Ray Fong and also Herm and his buddies from Weapon R.

I don't know if you know those guys, but hello.

They did start on an accordian replacement, Ray had posted it on SF a year or so ago.

The last few pages of this thread will have some engine bay shots of many cars that I seen last weekend at a supra meet. it's the black hose connected to the turbo. You really have to hold one in person to realize how many hoses connect to it because you can't see them all when it's installed into an engine.

I've got another one for ya. Mass produced lower intake runners for the 7M engine that will allow a stock or aftermarket 2JZ upper intake manifold to bolt on :evil2:
