Water Temp Sensor

where is the water temp sensor located? i cant find a tsrm for the 1JZ. i believe its the green top plug next to the upper timing belt cover?

one on the radiator is for the hydro fan if he doesn't have a hydro fan setup he prolly doesn't have the hydro fan radiator.....

the green, 2-pin sensor is the water temp sensor for the ecu.

the single pin sensor is the water temp sensor for your temp gauge.

both are located on the waterneck to the left of the timing cover.

thanks ^^. will my aftermarket prosport gauge work with the stock water temp sensor?

just connected my aftermarket gauge with the stock sensor, i used the 1 pin sensor. when i cut that wire my idles at 2k rpm. wtf? bump for help
