water leaks under back seat

hey ya'll :1zhelp:

while playing around with my car i found my back seat (your drivers side) was wet on the side, so i've taken it out and found water sitting underneath it... i can't see any obvious signs of where it may be coming in... is this common and if so where does the water come from?
can take a pic if necessary
