I fixed the water pump, and went for a test drive she started overheeting pretty good, so I got it home. No when I put water into the radiator it sounds like it's taking a pi ss. I put more water into it and crawled under it and it looks like the water is leaking from the circular peice the turns the fan? Would this be that I have blown the main front seal? Or a head gasket?? I'm not sure of wich end is up but all the work i did on the power steering fluid looks good but it's making those whinning and moaning noise again. What has happened here. Any comments would be appreciated, even the bad ones since I figure nothing good can come from this, thanks, mike

if there is water elaking from the waterpump/fan clutch 99% sure its your water pump. theres a weaphole in the water pump that spills coolant out when it goes bad.

right..., I have located these holes and there is nothing seeping at this point and time. I keep getting a high pitched rev above the engine rev, but it seems like if I remove the steering fluid cap and rotate the wheels back and forth a couple of times and put it back on it's fine. I used lucas and that shit is thick, so I figure I am going to have to perform the afore stated ritual for a few more days or so till the supra gods have been appeased.

I cleaned all around the engine bay so It's not leaking on the top and it could possibley be. I'm going to drive it a bit more so I can see but everything is looking good. I just noticed you were from arizona and everytime I hear that word..., It reminds me of Public Enemies, by the time I get to arizona. Any way. I am sure this is not over with yet. If it's leaking and it looked like it might have been this morning at one bolt, but I put the wrench to it and it has seemingly stopped. I have things to do this evening, but it'll be doind for a late night drive and be strategically parked afterwards so I can keep an eye on it. If I had the money I would drop everything I have going on and pull the engine out 1 piece at a time and just rework all of the hoses and everything. The dilema right now is the engine coolant overflow has oil inside of it. Other than that I think"think" i have her licked for a bit, but i'm not saying that out loud. Again I appreciate everything you guys have done to help. mike

There is one small leak and after I drive it tonight, Ill park it on the ramps and I;ll check it after sitting there for a while, or in the morning. I have almost got this bitch sealed up tight, it seems anyhow.
