I'm RicerMan. Drive a 2002 Cavalier, totally riced out, cold air intake, ralley mirror, new exaust, $800 sound system, the werks. Anyway it will be sold soon, sad to say, and will become an import fanatic, as I will be buying a Supra. Got a Supra for under $3000 hit me up. Open for trades too, doubt anyone would want to, but something newer I guess.

Here's the Ricer Mobile

Yes I am aware in the pic it is a short ram intake. I have since added the extra piping in bring the intake to the grill of the bumper to make it cold air.

You didn't read that OP too well did you? He said "Anyway it will be sold soon, sad to say" meaning he will be sad to sell the cavalier. I had an 02 Z24 Cavalier and I can honestly say that I loved that car more then any other car I had ever owned......then I found the Supras..... lol. Every time I drive my blue beauty, I tend to forget about the Z24. Knowing that no matter what I could have afforded to do to it, it would never come close to what this Supra is now, and is going to be in the next year or so.

I guess I shouldn't say sad to say. LOL! I like it, but after riding with a SM member in his 600+ hp Supra, it's a beast, made me feel like I was on the ole CBR 600 RR.

Why the fuck would you put an exhaust and a intake on a cavalier? Don't they have like 100 horsepower? I guess it's better than a wing and body kit though... Welcome.

To improve fuel efficiency due to factory restrictions, or to make it loud and fun. Anyway, welcome aboard supramania! It is full of useful knowledge. Oh and lookup TSRM and get to know it very very well. Also be prepared to replace the head gasket when you buy your supra, just because the guy you buy it from says he torqued the head bolts to 70 ft. lbs. doesn't mean he did. Goodluck and enjoy you new found passion!

Boredom, make it sound better, better fuel, and to turn it into the Ricer Mobile. Wing comes next, I don't need the body kit to make it Rice! That's if I have it that long though lol.

man... lay off the bad head gasket scare tactics.. lol.

7 Supras.. 1 bad head gasket so far... all 7M. Yeah.. they are problematic.. but not certainties. However... do read up on what to look for BEFORE you buy a Supra... it will save you a lot (I can not emphasize this part... A LOT!!!!!) of greif later.
(the following is my opinion/advice)
If you want a 600 HP Supra.. I would suggest you up your $$ limit because buying a good one that makes 400-500 rwhp is cheaper than building it, but 3000.00 wont get you one unless its near death...

Also.. are you looking at MKII, MKIII or MKIV? (1982-86, 1986.5-92, 1993 >) If you drove in a MKIII, I suggest you drive a MKIV. The MKIII is less Euro looking, but the MKIV is much more advanced drivewise.

Welcome to Supramania! Hope you find a worthy Supra!
