I did. You have to bypass the fuel pump resistor. The walbro pump won't run on the lower voltage from the resistor. Simply unplug the resistor and put a jumper wire (14 ga. or so...it draws a decent ammount of current) in the wire harness side of the plug, then you'll be good to go :bigthumb:

I've heard the walbro "can" have issues only if your car's stock wiring is poor. While not optimal, it should work fine stock. The stock pump runs at 6v or 12v and what thesupraman is referring to is the "12 volt mod" so the pump always runs at 12volts. The Walbro likes more volts than stock.

I personally just installed a walbro pump and am going to do the 12 volt mod to keep things consistent for tuning. Some debate this will heat up your fuel. But I only installed the walbro pump in combination with other mods (installed 550cc injectors, Lex AFM, AFPR and SS FPD line from JBLMK3 after removing stock FPR, FPD and J-tube).

So what other stuff are you doing around this walbro pump? Adding just a walbro pump to a stock system isn'g going to help anything.

I believe it only drops to 9V and I think that you can also just cut the yellow signal wire to keep it from trying to use the resistor as well...

My resistor got all shades of messed up when I tried to use the KB Boost-A-Pump so I removed the resistor. The Supra ran fine with the Walbro for quite some time, though.
