I'm running about 11 PSI on stock turbo, stock fuel, VPC, E01 and an LC1 wideband. When I would hit full boost I'd run about 10.3 +\-

I just installed the walbro 255, now I'm running low 11's!!! my idle has also gone down, I've always had a really shitty idle, way high (1000RPMs+) and after the install i have had an 800 rpm idle more frequently... the car seems more smooth over all....

any idea why I would go lean after a higher flow pump?

would the idle thing be related, or just a sign of a kinda shity old pump?

J tube restriction still in place?

12v modded?

Yes, and No.... I spaced the 'j' tube. havn't done the 12v mod yet, I am going to do it so I can pull the resistor and relay so I needed to do some reading.

Bishop, Yes.

Possibly overloading the stock FPR or having J-tube problems. Without a fuel pressure guage it'll be hard to diagnose accurately.

i would think if it is a restriction with the fpr or j tube it would cause an increase in fuel pressure which should make it run richer no? thats why i had thought perhaps it was something on the feed side causing the restriction.

but like you said, without a fp gauge its just a guess.

Maybe fuel filter? I know it's supposed to be a million-mile job, but if some piece of trash got lodged, who knows what would happen with extra pressure behind it?

This is strange, there is probably some form of restriction before the injectors cause any restriction after like the FPR and the J-tube will cause a high pressure and therefore more fuel, not less.

Millon-mile job?:icon_surp

The fuel filter should be changed once a year or every 12,000 to 15,000 miles.

Not really, but lets keep that debate out of my thread... I've read alot of arguements between wether it needs to be changed or not...
