VSV needed to operate the heater?

If I remove my A/C, I should be able to use the heat if I remove (or bypass) the VSV too, correct?

Absolutely. The only thing you might have a problem with is getting COLD air into the car.

The VSV craps out. That they do. Mine did. Just hook the vacuum line straight to the heater water valve in the winter and then remove it and stick a golf tee into the hose in the summer.:biglaugh:

If you ever go to some mtns in the summer, you can just plug it into the valve for the cold nites.:biglaugh:
