Voltage at Terminal 50 on Starter

At terminal 50 on the starter I'm only getting .25 volts with the ignition switch set to start and it drops to .22-.23 volts when I turn the key. I know this is very wrong as the TSRM says it should be 6 to 14 volts.

I don't have enough light or a garage to tear my car apart until this weekend but I'm trying to get an idea of where I need to start looking and how prepared I should be. For now to get around I'm sending 12+ volts from the battery straight to the starter. Thanks in advance guys.

I guess I should mention I don't hear the clicking in the passenger kick panel where the starter relay should be located.

No, not time for the relay mod. Don't want to be one of those threads. Does the starter relay often go bad?

Not the coil side. Check the NSW/clutch switch. Also the stock alarm if still there.

Weekend came early/ I'm tired of having to start the car from the hood. So I didn't have ground at the alarm. I hooked up a ground at the relay that would come from the alarm and I have instant start up. So now two questions; 1. What should I do about the alarm? As in do I disable it? Or is there some way of saving it? And 2. Is it ok for me to leave that ground there while I figure out what to do about the alarm this weekend?

Well, you could fix it. And sure, you can leave that ground in until you do or forever if you don't.
