My Supra has a vibration coming from the back only at around 40-45mph. Any other speed it's perfectly smooth. It's like a low pitched humming vibration. on/off throttle, coasting, it doesn't matter. The driveshaft is in phase and it has a new carrier bearing. What could it be?

Could still be ebrake if his car is very low. Of course, because of the specific speed he mentioned, it is likely a universal joint.
E brake cable and everything included is manual and separate from the rest of the braking system and anything involved of suspension.
If the cable some how managed to hit the drive shaft from not being mounted then maybe.

I've experienced cases with lowered vehicles where the ebrake cable would actually pull tight when going over a bump
