Probably the gasket that sits between the block and the thermostat housing. That sucker is a pita to replace though since you gotta pull everything including the damned cps.

Could also be that PITA 90 degree coolant hose, lower radiator hose, maybe even the lower turbo coolant hose. Either way check your coolant level by taking the radiator cap off when the car has cooled down. Make sure it's filled to the very top. If the level is way down you need to fix the problem ASAP. Personally I'd buy the hose, the triangle gasket, the lower turbo coolant hose and the lower radiator hose and just replace them all if they haven't been replaced in the past 5 years. Cheap insurance, they will eventually go bad might as well replace them while you're fixing another problem.

Most likely the 90 deg rubber hose. Get those really big 45 degree pliers from Harbor Freight. They can reach in far enough to grab the hose spring clip ears.

Another possibility is the gasket between the coolant bypass hard line and the thermostat block.

thanks alot guys....i never thought of the 90 degree hose even tho thats what blew up on my NA once and caused the over heeeting....and the temp on my turbo has been high from tiem to time..but i just got home from the track which is like 30 miles away and i was doin 100 the whole way with the temp normal....so it might not be the hose..but ill check allt hat stuff out..thanks again
