valve question

Well, I'm putting my head back together. I have a bent valve I guess the machine shop didn't notice. Are N/A and turbo valves the same? I've got another head here and I really don't feel like spending $40 for one new valve if all the rest are old.

One more thing. Can the nuts be put on the head studs with the cams in or should I just leave them out till I get the head on?

The valves are the same. About the only difference in the heads are the valve covers and the intake cam.

Leave the cams out so you can do the studs. When I did mine I highly doubt you could ever do it with the cams in place.

It can be done,
I got my head back fully assembled but it would be MUCH easier without the Cams in the way!

Yeah, in order to do it with the cams in, you have to turn the motor over to line up the cams for each nut, very time consuming.
But I've never pulled the cams to pull the head...
