Yes, you can. Many stock seats will not cut that large and you will have to machine new ones from blanks and you will also have to adjust the lenght of the valve. It has been done before.
Actually it helps you shim a reground cam. The longer 2jz valves will make up some of the base circle reduction on the re-ground cams. It will reduce the seat pressure on the spring however, but not very much.
