Vacuum Question

Hey Guys, I'm going through my vacuum lines trying to figure it out. I think I have everything hooked up right but I'm not sure about one thing. When the car is running I only seem to get suction on the hose that comes from the intake manifold to the fuel pressure regulator like this:

I dont know much about Vacuum lines so I dont know if thats right. Also wondering if someone could, I guess, show me the flow of air through the lines.

Another question kinda Vac related, what is this and what purpose does its serve; And should it feel like its melting??

The red circuits are ported vacuum. Ported vacuum flows a small amount (5 inhg max) only with the throttle slightly open.
The BOV signal is not included in the illustration, but you should have constant vacuum there, like the rest of the blue lines.

The other thing you were concerned with is the pressure sensor for the dash mounted boost gauge.

Alright I'll have to check on them again but if I remember correctly only that one had suction. Also is there any reason why that sensor feels mushy
