vac lines

i was wandering if it is possible to use like brake line type stuff(metal piping) as vac lines(w/ the hose connectors)

also is it safe to use that type hose for some cc (the clear w/ reinforcement) on some of my coolant lines

I think you can buy a bendable type hard piping from some dept stores used for making custom brake lines. I don't see why they wouldn't work, it would just be a lot of trouble to bend them out correctly and not to mention the amount of dough you would have to pay to have it done.

Looking at it another way though it would def cut back the possibility of vacume line issues. The only soft line you would probably use would be a small piece to connect the two hardlines together.

IDK about using it for some cc though.

hell im the one who is gunna be making them and bending all of them so its mainly the $$$$ for the lines is it and the bender

ive seen on a race car(import) clear coolant lines or sumtin like that

I was going to do this but went another way look into air brake lines they are plastic and come in different colors

Read a little closer, he's talking about using brake lines as vacume lines, not the other way around.
