So i got a AVC-R and installed it today.

I was wondering if anyone could explain some of the things like injector duty cycle and solenoid duty.

Some of the basic settings and some how too's.

I will have some more specific questions along the way as son as i get done cleaning up the car after install. Just wondering about some basic settings others have figured out already or some do's and dont's.

What's it say in the manual?

Set the kg/cm^2 goal you want, set the injector duty cycle at minimum (20% I think, I'm typing all this from memory) and up the duty cycle until it looks like you're close to your boost goal. Then boost a few more times and a little asterisk should suddenly appear where it used to say your duty cycle. Done.

So how much kg/cm^2 would 16psi be ?

And once i know that I just start at around 20% duty and start raising it until my car hits 16psi?

I was unsure if the boost/duty it displays together was injector or solenoid duty

Can anyone explain why adjusting solenoid duty cause fuel break up?

I understand that over boosting causes me to hit a wall that is fuel cut.

But at certain percentages of solenoid duty the car sounds like its missing or breaking up.

So after learning how to use the Apexi avc-r alittle better I was wondering if anyone can help how to understand how to use Feed back speed to my advantage in trying to cure boost drop off.
