wolf 3d can not send out the necessary multiplexed signal to work with the stock 7m-GTE ignitor. You have to use a bosch ignitor feeding your favorite coil (1jz coils, vette coils etc).

well a little brain storming.. the multiplexed signal is no issue 4 diodes will solve that BUT i need to find out if the tacho output of the wolf is synced to the spark events!

One slight little problem.

http://www.autoshop101.com/forms/h23.pdf#page11

The signal to light 3&4 is actually NO SIGNAL.

IGa.....IGb

0.........1 1&6 fire
1.........0 2&5 fire
0.........0 3&4 fire.

what you are doing is feeding IG3 to make IGa and IGb 1 and 1 which in the logic sequence is not valid.

actually it might work with a slight change. correct me if i am wrong, but the Wolf unit fires the IG circuits in sequence correct? (IG1, IG2, IG3, start over.) If so then wire it as follows:

IG1 to IGdB and to IGT
IG2 to IGdA and to IGT
IG3 only to IGT

OR..

use the bosch ignitor and feed the stock coils with the bosch ignitor ;) problem solved :)

figgy you give up too easy! it would be nice to use the stock ignitor just to make it easyer to return to stock ecu if ever needed

giving up?? nah

Keep it simple stupid ;)

you are overcomplicating something that really does not need to be.
