i'm using the 1jz clutch fan setup from the soarer and i kinda have an idea of what to get but just wanted to make sure before i start ordering stuff. i think the water pump from the soarer 1j is the same as the 2jzgte because of the clutch fan so all i need is just the clutch for the fan, the fan itself, and the pulley from the 2jzge? where is the best place to get all this? i'm thinking about using pwr radiator w/ this setup you guys think it will fit and have enough room to not damage anything or should i just stick w/ the koyo? ( i think i may have problems w/ the intercooler piping if i use too big of a radiator right?)

what body are you putting this into? If it's a supra and your using clutch-type you'll have to run your intercooler setup different than stock jza70.

okay so what you are saying is the 1jz intercooler piping from the turbo to the intercooler has to be ran different than stock? it should be ran similar to the 7m setup?

JZA70 supra turbo side intercooler piping runs in front of the water pump. If you put a clutch-type fan on the water pump, you can't put intercooler piping there at the same time. make sense? Sorry for the weird engrish.

Yes if you use a regular fan on 1J, the piping must change because the fan is in the way. Most people go through the airbox hole.

Now if you run an electric fan, then you can keep the piping in the same style, running down in front of the water pump. The factory pipe may not work though, or you have to move it slightly.
