So me and my buddy indymk3, installed my afpr today. Once we got the few little leaks that happened fixed, it was time to start her up. Started her up, and it idled like shit at 30psi off vac. So we added vac to it, and it didnt help one bit.

So we up the fuel psi to 40, it idles better but, when adding vac to it, the pressure doesnt drop like it is suppose to. And according to my wideband im SUPER lean.

So my car has 264 cams. And I need help. What the heck is going on with my car? =[

Car Specs: 7mgte, 264 Cams, Bored 40 over, 3in exhaust off the turbo, Stock CT, Aero FPR, Fuel Dampener Bypass Line (Stainless Steel), Cold Start Injector line (Stainless)

Electronics are all stock, except for the Neo to help tune the fuel. The problem was not there before, correct. But i just hooked a vac line to a mechanical boost gauge, and am only pulling 10 mercury of vaccum. So Im thinkin a vac leak might not be helping my problem. haha

Any body have some ideas? I have a few from a friend of mine.

He told me to Fix A few of the vac lines, if that doesnt fix it, then redo the gaskets on the intake mani and acessories that are attached to it.

Anyone else have an idea of what could be the problem?

I got the car to show reading on the wideband now. It now idles when warm, at about 15.2 a/f ratio. And the adjustable fpr now drops a few psi when adding vac to it (maybe 5psi tops). But the car is still only pulling 10 mercury worth of vac.

Where are you getting vacuum signal for the FPR?
When you say you need to fix some vacuum lines, if they're leaking or routed incorrectly, and you know it, then why not just fix them anyways?
Fuel pressure should be 33-40 without vacuum, and 23-30 With 20 inhg vacuum applied. What are your readings?
What is the vacuum reading (at idle) at the nipple on the intake that goes to the HVAC and cruse?

And this all started when you installed the FPR?

I removed Most of the vaccum lines on my car. I have vac for the Bov, FPR, and the Bost gauge. The boost gauge and FPR are getting Vac from the nipple off the back of the intake manifold. The BOV is getting its vac from the port at the front.

My readings at idle without vac applied is 45psi. With vac it drops to 40 sometimes slightly lower. As for vaccum, I am only pulling 10 vac right now. Now if I drive the Car, on decel it pulls about 20.

Another thing I noticed is, Under boost (only did 1 pull, so dont freak) my a/f was at 13.5!!!!!!! Before the install of the AFPR, I was at 12 a/f.
