unknown part, second FPR?

This is on the fuel rail it appears to be something like a second FPR? It had a green cap on it and there was a small screw inside that seemed to adjust it? the screw fell out and I dont know what the part does or if the screw was some adjustment? Anyone care to explain??? THX! - Eric

that is a Fuel Pulsation Dampener. It prevents spikes in the fuel pressure. The screw on mine is like 2 turns in it should not be tight but should also not fall out on its own.

As I recall, that is a fuel pulsation dampener. As for what it does... I really don't know, mine works so I've left it alone.

its really not needed just over engineering. For power builds its problably better for fuel flow it is removed
