It's best to look at a specific turbocharger's compressor map to determine how well that specific turbo preforms at any given boost and at a certain amount of RPM's. If you know what your power goals are, you should figure out how many CFMs your engine is flowing at the given boost you are wanting to run and compare it to the turbo of you choice's compressor map to see where the sweet spot is for that given turbo. Then you'll know if that turbo is right for you
