Uhhh... Headlight question

Yeah I might sound dump but.... Are the high beams on our car the bottom fog light? Reason I ask because I can not seem to find the fog light wires anywhere and when I look up I see that someone seem to have rigged these wire to the headlights. I know my headlight is not OEM so might be that someone tried to wired it to my headlight?

Thats why I said kinda dumb in my first sentence..... I do not even know what wire is what. I would put a volt meter up to it but the car is currently out of commission with no battery up to it.

tsrm, use it, figure it out rewire the lights correctly if you need stock headlight they are pretty cheap.

Our headlights use a dual filament design so both high and low beams are within the one headlight.

Wish I could. Last owner is a guy and does not even know how to check his oil. My cousin can do better then that and shes only 3.
