My engine was running sketchy so I found the problem there was what appears to be a mix of oil and water on top of the spark plugs like in that bay area with the holes in the top. The spark was grounding out in the water. I might have got the water in there from pressure washing but im not sure... what elce could it be that made the oil and water get in, I checked the plugs and they are dry its just on top of them in that bay area...

I'm convinced that you're a reg that is puling some sort of prank. If you're not though, I stand by my opinion that you'll frag your motor before the new year.

yea I sucked it out with a wet/dry vac but thought maybe there was a problem like intake manifold gasket or somethin I dunno how the motors are setup, beside how can u see with all the covering lol.

**Seems like some ppl on here feel better about themselfs by poking fun at people that are trying to mod/maintain on a tight budget not everyone has thousands to dump into their cars guys but if it makes you feel cool go ahead..**

That is certainly not the case. Its purely fact, people who "mod" their motor on the cheap normally frag the motor soon afterward by not doing it properly, and rigging so much it just all fails dramatically.

The water is from pressure washing. Don't do that.
The oil is from your leaking valve cover gaskets. Tighten them.

Before I post a question about what's wrong with my cay, I use the search feature. entering "Motor+wet+runs+like+shit" in the search feature would have not only solved your problem, you would have learned some valuable information about what NOT to do to your car & you wouldn't have to be so embarassed.

It's your car, do what you want, but countless people can attest that several others that have bought their Supra and didn't take the time to learn what to do to maintain it only to say a few weeks later that the 7M's are garbage because this or that happened to them, when in fact they simply didn't maintain their car in a fashion that has been laid out on this board by several others that have driven their cars for tens of thousands of worry free miles.

Do yourself a huge favor. Either take the time to learn how to maintain your car properly or sell it before it breaks. I've seen too many people ask the same exact questions that you have that end up parting their car out after owning it for three or so months.

nothing wrong with being on a budget as long as things get done correctly. i am probably the cheapest son of a bitch around, i built my own IC pipes from raw bent mandrel pipe, but its done right, same with my exhaust, the dp from ebay, the mandrel bends from some other source and the magen muffler from again ebay, and welded and fabed it up myself A 3" complete turbo back for about $310 plus shipping.. i understand your point, but wanted to say that sometimes a budget is ok... but ya supras are spendy when you start upping power..

I guess the best way to clean your motor is to make sure that any electronics are covered up. Water around the spark plug galley is a big no-no.That will only add hours of maintenance because you'll have to dis-assemble everything covering the area just to get to where it's wet to make it dry.I have pressure washed my engine bay before, just did'nt spray anything on top! It got alot of the old muck and grime off. Just use common sense. We're not trying to bash you,it's just sometime when sometrhing like this happens, experienced guys will just shake thier head. "I put a lit M-80 in my gas tank and now it won't run" Just ask,we know.....(Kinda)

BTW, he's either genuine or very internet savvy. I checked the logs for anyone else logging in from the same address. :)

As for the advice, the rest of the team has already posted the appropriate bits. Good luck with getting it all dried out and working again.

Good advice if this guy is for real...I too have my doubts. Doesn't sound like he has the makings of a Supra owner...maybe he should start off with a honda or a nissan sentra and work his way up.
