ICE, you will have to trim your latch brace, or remove it, BUT, if you remove it, then shutting your hood becomes trickery...

Tek: its an XSpower, bar & plate, internally finned... Its actually a REALLY nice piece... I have the same one...

Well, actually on the hood latch brace thing.... I built mounts for the lower part of the intercooler, and tried to figure out the upper part.

I ended up running 90 degree angle aluminum stock all the way to both headlight braces. I cut one side of the 90 off, folded the other side over to make a flat end on it. drilled a hole in each end, and put some sheet metal screws through the headlight bucket supports. Then I drilled a hole in the middle to bolt the hood latch to for supporting the hood latch.
