If it falls on a vacation again, I will probably be there. I spent around 1500 not including air fare, but including the rental and the hotel (split with someone else). If I go and my supra runs, it will hopefully be trailered down. BTW, there is no better place for your supra to break down than at a TX event, within 1 hr there will be more people willing to lend a hand than you have room for.

I spent maybe a couple hundred bucks. I drove down from DFW and just spent one night.

What exactly would you spend $1500 on at an event like this? I think I spent $300-400 going to Chicago after I spent $250ish for my 3 night hotel. That includes splitting gas from 15 hours away. You're gonna want to find out the prices for the events you are planning on attending (dyno,drag,track day) then figure $20-40 a day to eat, and $20-40 a day if you drink, maybe more I don't know, and your hotel and gas. Other than that, it's all about what you personally want or have to buy.
