Turn signals won't work.. Please HELP...

I checked the fuses, replaced the turn signal flasher, checked the relay and everything seems to be good.. Replace the mulit switch with two different one and still no turn signals.. Wipers, headlights and everything else works besides the turn signals.. Replaced all the bulbs.. The hazard switch has been converted as the fan switch from the previous owner so no harzards.. It worked before.. What else can it be? I am stumped..

usually if you have no hazards then your signals dont work.

might want to look into that.

Hazard switch needs to be plugged in for turn signals to work...
