Turboing an 87 mk3.

I was hoping someone could shed some light on this subject. My friend has an 90' supra mk3 turbo, and he has no use for is anymore. I have an 87' mk3 non-turbo, I want to take the turbo along with the manifold etc. and put it into my supra.

I'm some what fimilar with what needs to be done, but I just want some imput from people who have a better understanding.

3x on just buy the 90 turbo.

However, if your 87 body is in better condition than the 90 then swapping will be in order. Easiest for you is to source a 87-88 turbo engine harness and ECU for a plug and play swap. If you want other accesories such as cruise control you will need to source a 87-88 body harness as well. The engine and transmission are a straight-foward drop in.
