Turbo Upgrade

While I've got the heart pulled out I figured I should see what I can afford to upgrade.
1. Looking to upgrade my CT26. Who can I send it to that'll take care of me without breaking the bank?
2. since the tranny's off figured i should replace the clutch. Where can I find an aftermarket one for a decent price?
3. Has anyone come up with a cheap replacement for the 3000 pipe? I contacted the guys at Cooleze, but never got a response. Can't be that hard to fab is it?

i'm expecting to get my turbo back from preformance techniques next week, theyre out in san bernardino ca. for me they put on a 50 trim wheel, replaced all the dead parts, and balanced it for $500. but the ct's with larger compressors tend to die quick, part of the reason i went with a 50. suprasport has a really nice looking hardpipe kit, but i guess you only want to replace the 3k. HPF, 935 for the clutch. although i got mine from a local speed shop.

Yeah only the 3K pipe, already have hardpipe kit.
