I am waiting for a 60-1 ct26 to replace mine which is smoking more and more now. I am gona need a TT and I read about the blue wire cut for factory alarm to work and stuff. Has anyone successfully use a TT with an aftermarket. I am thinking of taking the aftermarket out and turn off the motion so that nothing will set off the aftermarket unless you unlock the door from the inside after breaking the window and stuff.

Ok, most of the wire is connected correctly when I got it installed for free. I found the two wire for the factory alarm, is the two wire coming out of aftermarket also connect to both the factory arm/disarm and the powerlock? Right now I have the aftermarket connect to the powerlock and I splice the two wire into the factory arm/disarm also. Ofcourse when I finish I sat in the car, lock the door and unlock the door the alarm doesn't go off like it suppose to. Oh and on the right side of the steering column I found a wire harness that have two wire connect to the ignition switch i think but the other end isn't connected to anything. I think it suppose to connect to something but not sure where.

I also arm the alarm with remote and unlock from in side and the alarm doesn't go off either. I am not sure if this is how it suppose to be or not. I didn't splice the wire, I use the T-splice cap and pinch the wire i.

Right now I don't have a TT yet, so I am not sure it that is also contributing to this :). Which is better, a Greddy full auto or an HKS type-1 which is also full auto. I think they have about the same feature but not sure about durability and ease of use.

Well I look over the diagram again and I am lost as to what you mean by the diode of the alarm leg.

9,999 times out of 100 an aftermarket alarm will be set to trigger when the motor is turned off - NOT when the accessories are turned off like the stocker.

This is a simple fix - just redo the wiring so the alarm triggers when the accessories are turned off.

You will have to figure out how to keep the motion sensor from triggering while the motor is running. Perhaps some sort of delay to prevent the motion sensor from triggering for a preset time.

Cutting the blue wire simply allows the accessories to turn off when you remove the key and the turbo timer is counting down (HKS harness).

There is a diode on the SPDT relay for use on the Ignition wire when using a tt.
The two diodes I mentioned are on the "FCTRY ALARM ARM" and "FCTRY ALRM DISARM" - (with red circles around them)
Be sure to put the Anode on the engine wiring side and the Cathode on the after market alarm side.
Diode type N4001 will do.
