turbo supra driveshaft question!!!

are all the transmissions in years 87-92 "turbo" supra R154?.... cause i'm suppose to be picking up a driveshaft today out of a 87 turboed supra... and i just did a 1jz swap, want to make sure i'm actually buying a r154 drive shaft and not a w58 driveshaft which i already have.

if its a 154 shaft its gonna be heavy and thick just like the transmissions their like 2x the size

so more GIRTH is the way to tell the difference.... haha ok but again did all turbo supras 87-92 have R154s?

A turbo supra with a manual trans has a R154 transmission.

count the splines on the output shaft of the trans. if i recall correctly there should be 32 splines BUT i would definitely look it up before you take my word for it
