I just bought a new ct 26 hybrid and the center section is diffent than the stock ct-26 and my question is, can I make new oil feed and return lines out of transmission oil tubing?

I don't think so. Tranny lines are oil resistant, sure, but I don't think they hold up well to heat, and there is a crapload of heat around the turbo.
I am going to say no. Although tranny lines are reinforced I dont think they have the integrity to withstand that kind of heat.
