Hey all, Well I figured I would ask you all in here since there are a few that know about this Issue. I recently get my Turbo back from getting rebuilt and ofcourse got in installed into the car. What I have noticed is that Im getting a leak from where that Oil feed and return line mounts to the turbo (or somewhere in that area) I replaced the stock feed and return line 3 times, I installed new Gaskets and Ive also installed the Braided oil lines from MDC motorsports and as soon as I start the engine, within 15 minutes I get oil running down the lines.

Here is the funny thing. Ive converted to the MAF-T setup so the Turbo Inlet doesnt have a Accordian pipe. (Open Face) After running it for about 20 Minutes, I looked down into the turbo inlet and I have oil on the inner lip of the turbo. Seems to be coming from inside but again, there is no other way for it to get there.

Has anyone else had this Problem before and if so, What do I have to do to get it fixed. This is on my 57 Trim CT26.

Turbo XS RFL, Im not running a Accordian pipe either so there is nothing Interfering with the Turbo Inlet.

Just a little confused on why Its still leaking from the Exact same Place with all New Gaskets, oil lines and all.

Make sure you don't tighten that gasket to much.. It should only be like 9lbs or something. Mine did the same thing until I bought a new gasket and tightened properly..

Nope, I originally put the Oil Gasket back in it Until I got the New ones in. I might have tightened the gasket too much. Im going to see if that is the case. I bought an Extra Flange gasket anyways.

Jon Does Excellent work and I dont think it has anything to do with the Rebuild. Just curious on where the oil is coming from if there isnt a PVC connection or an Accordian Hose. I went to a MAF-T Setup.
